Hubdoc just makes your life harder not smarter. I have emailed the parent company Xero and received no feedback at https://www.instagram.com/bookstime_inc all. I’m really not sure why Xero bought this company and then failed to invest in the technology, as it is only making the whole process of using Xero more difficult. I am truly being overly generous with this 2 star review when in truth it more like ZERO stars.

Implementation, onboarding, 24/7 customer support, and regular product updates are included. Android application some times not working – you think you send document photo to HubDoc, but not… Hand written bills/invoices (and not only) not recognize very often. Now that 2 step authentication is a trend, they have not overcome that issue. With 2 step, the documents cannot be fetched defeating the purpose of the software. Mobile app is limited with some of https://www.bookstime.com/articles/net-cash-flow-formula the features, not all of the web-based features translate across to the mobile app.
HubDoc helps with automation
Unfortunately now, to get into the app, I have to login and switch screens to the authenticator app, to authenticate every time I open the app. I have gone into the app today and it’s taken the time of writing this review for the app to become responsive enough for me to photograph the first invoice. How I am not able to hubdoc reviews process USD and other foreign currency invoices to Quickbooks anymore. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. I like that we can pull statements and docs easily from Hubdoc if needed. The software integrates with Xero cloud accounting making it easy to get your invoices and receipts entered into your accounting records. Constantly logs me out – now authentication fails. It’s useless.Not overly enamoured with Xero – but this piece of crap makes it all the simpler to try and get rid. As it is owned by the same company – I can see why.Please don’t waste your time or efforts on what is a floored accounting “package”.

- It seems that the feeds are constantly going down and the majority of the battle (rather than collecting documentation manually) is ensure the feeds with whichever institution is functioning properly.
- Hubdoc is simple to use and allows me to remain organized, efficient, and quickly utilize and procur any document I may need thanks to it’s efficient layout.
- I love that Hubdoc makes bookkeeping more efficient.

- We will usually need to contact our client to re-enter their credentials to get the feed back up and running (which seems to happen frequently) OR we have to work around the error if the bank isn’t syncing at all.
- It’s so easy to go back and look for old receipts by supplier.
- I don’t like the price, it is only worthwhile if you have a decent paying client and they actually utilize it.
- So, a lot of our clients have bills that come in in U.S. dollars.
